Panama City, Panama (SportsNetwork. John Stones Jersey .com) - Hao Tong Li fired a 5-under 65 in Saturdays third round and he moved atop the leaderboard at the season-opening Panama Claro Championship. Li ended 54 holes at 9-under-par 201. The China native topped the PGA Tour China money list in 2014 to earn his Web.com Tour card for 2015. This is his first career start on the Web.com Tour. Second-round leader Harold Varner III tripped to a 1-over 71 and he slid into a share of second place at minus-8. He was joined there by Mathew Goggin, who carded an even-par 70 that included back-to-back double-bogeys that dropped him from the lead. Martin Piller fired a 6-under 64, the low round of the day at Club de Golf de Panama, and he vaulted into a tie for fourth at 7-under 203. He stands alongside Henrik Norlander, who shot 68 on Saturday. Shane Bertsch (66) and Oliver Goss (67) share sixth at minus-6. Li moved to 6-under with birdies at the second and fourth. He tripped to a bogey at the par-3 eighth. Around the turn, back-to-back birdies at 10 and 11 moved Li to minus-7. He stumbled to another bogey at the 13th, but quickly erased that mistake with a birdie at 14th. The 19-year-old was still one behind Varner at that point. Li jumped into the lead as he birdied 16 and 18 to close to out his round. I dont look at the leaderboards. We still have a lot of holes to play. I was just trying to play my game. I wasnt thinking about the leaders today, admitted Li. Varner played the front nine in even-par with a birdie at the fourth and a bogey at the seventh to go with seven pars. He moved to 9-under with a birdie at No. 10. Varner tripped to bogeys at 12 and 13, but came right back with a birdie on the 14th. However, Varner faltered to another bogey at 15 to dip to minus-8. He parred the final three holes to end there. Goggin opened with five pars in a row before making three birdies in a 4-hole span from the sixth. That burst moved him into the lead at 11-under. Trouble loomed though as he struggled to double-bogeys at 10 and 11 to tumble to minus-7. Goggin bounced back with a birdie at 12 before making bogey at 13. he dipped to 6-under when he bogeyed the 16th, but Goggin birdied the final two holes to gain a share of second place. That was so irritating. At worst, those should have been a couple of bogeys. One behind, one round to go, said Goggin. NOTES: Li won three times on the PGA Tour China last season and had eight top-10 finishes in 12 starts ... Li started the season as the second-highest ranked Web.com Tour player at world No. 192, with only No. 173 Greg Chalmers higher than him in the rankings. LUCIE, Fla.TORONTO – Heres what we know after watching R.A. Dickey for a season and a half in a Blue Jays uniform: we dont know. Who knows what to expect from a pitch, the knuckleball, that in one moment confounds a hitter and in the next is traveling, with plenty of spin, more than 400 feet in the opposite direction? Who knows how to manage a knuckleball pitcher? When is the right time to remove him from the game? These guys dont tire as quickly because they dont strain their arms and you cant predict when the pitch is going to flatten out just that once, which could be the difference in the game. All of the above came in to play in Friday nights 5-4 loss to the White Sox, a game in which Dickey no-hit Chicago for four innings but left without recording an out in the seventh. By then hed allowed five hits, four of which landed on the other side of the outfield fence. Actually, three of them did. One of them hit the foul pole. “One less home run, we win that game,” said Dickey. “Its just a really bizarre outing to strike out nine guys, get all those swings and misses on what I felt like was a really good knuckleball tonight.” Then, some home run talk. “Three of the four home runs were possibly mistakes, two I know,” said Dickey. “Normally, theyre a foul ball here or a miss hit here, but they just didnt miss them tonight.” Jose Abreu and Dayan Viciedo hit solo home runs in the fifth to give the White Sox a 2-0 lead. Those were Chicagos first two hits of the evening. The Blue Jays bounced back with back-to-back solo home runs in the sixth, one from Edwin Encarnacion and the other off the bat of Dioner Navarro. Joe Hart Jersey. . Dickey, sporting an 11.81 ERA in the seventh inning this season, couldnt give his team the shutdown frame it needed. Abreu clubbed his second home run of the night to lead off and, after Adam Dunn walked, Alexei Ramirez clanked a two-run shot off the left field foul pole. The knuckleballers night, so promising two innings before, was over. In six-plus innings, Dickey allowed five earned runs on five hits (four home runs) and one walk. He struck out nine. He was so good and then he wasnt. Theres no discernible pattern outside of his bloated fifth (9.39) and seventh inning ERAs and who knows what to make of those? Dickeys ERA in the sixth is 2.38. “I thought his knuckleball was as good as its been,” said manager John Gibbons. Then, some home run talk. “Its a pitch that can come and go,” said Gibbons. “I mean, one inning it can disappear, one hitter it can disappear and all of a sudden it clicks in. Its tough.” Then, he offered an admission: its hard to determine what to do with Dickey as a game wears on. “Its a totally different way to manage a game,” said Gibbons. “But hes here to win games for us and he needs to stay out there.” Dickeys loss on Friday night dropped his season record to 6-7. His ERA climbed from 4.04 to 4.24. In 51 appearances with the Blue Jays in a season and a half, Dickeys allowed 51 home runs. His win-loss record: 20-20. So there is some symmetry amid the unpredictability. TSN. Marc-Andre ter Stegen Germany Jersey .cas NHL Play of the Year showdown continues today with a pair of highly-skilled centres absolutely undressing defenders. The 10th match-up of the Round of 32 sees Jason Spezzas sweet hands square off against Jonathan Toews mittens in an outdoor game. Spezza eliminates the defender that blocks his path to the net by simultaneously going around and right through him. Forced to the boards coming over the blue line, Spezza proceeds to victimize Florida Panthers defender Dylan Olsen. Dangling to the outside, Spezza gets Olsen to bite before bringing the puck right past him and drives the net. Bringing it back to his forehand, he roofs a shot over top of Scott Clemmensen for a tremendous individual effort. Toews takes his act outdoors, but still displays some soft hands and a hot stick. In front of a packed house at Soldier Field, Toews fights neutral zone traffic and uses an outside-inside move to run right through Brooks Orpik. The falling snow is not enough to slow the shot as it squeaks between Marc-Andre Fleurys pads and trickles over the goal line. Watch the action on TSN2 and TSN GO at 7pm et/4pm pt. After dropping a pair of games to the Mets in the Bronx, the Yankees losing streak in this series has reached six in a row. They also have lost a season- high four straight overall and hope that Masahiro Tanaka can stop the bleeding in the first of two straight in Flushing. The right-handed Tanaka has yet to lose as a Major League pitcher, going 5-0 with a 2.57 earned run average through seven starts. However, dating back to his time in Nippon Professional Baseball, the Japanese hurler is unbeaten in his past 41 regular-season starts, going 33-0 since Aug. 19, 2012. Tanaka has won two straight starts and is coming off a 5-3 victory at Milwaukee on Friday. He gave up two runs on seven hits and a walk over 6 1/3 innings, striking out seven. He has won all three of his road starts this season while posting a 2.61 ERA. The 25-year-old also is the first Yankees rookie to begin his career 5-0 as a starter since Whitey Ford went 9-0 over 12 starts in 1950. The Mets have decided to give their future a shot on Wednesday night as 23- year-old Rafael Montero will make his MLB debut. Hell take the place of fellow righty Jenrry Mejia, who shifts to the bullpen. Montero is regarded as the Mets second-best pitching prospect behind Noah Syndergaard and went 4-1 with a 3.67 ERA in eight starts this season with Triple-A Las Vegas. In 24 starts at that level over the last two seasons, he is 9-5 with a 3.25 ERA while striking out 119 batters over 130 1/3 innings. And while the Yankees are looking for Tanaka to get them back on track, the Mets are simply ready to see what Montero can bring to the table. "We think hes ready now," Mets general manager Saandy Alderson told his clubs website of Montero. Matthias Ginter Germany Jersey. "I think everybody in our system thought that he was ready. That doesnt mean hell have a positive result on Wednesday, but were confident that Montero is somebody who can be successful long term." Though the Mets have allowed 14 runs over the first two games of this extended series, they have gotten plenty of offense themselves in winning both games at Yankee Stadium. They jumped out to a quick lead on Tuesday night and rolled to a 12-7 win. Former Yankee Curtis Granderson and Daniel Murphy both hit three-run homers, with Murphy driving in four runs in total and David Wright adding three hits with two RBI to the Mets third straight win. Zack Wheeler gave up five runs on seven hits and six walks in 4 1/3 innings for the Mets and Daisuke Matsuzaka earned the win with 3 2/3 innings of relief work. "Any way we get wins is good, especially when we come up against a very tough team like the Yankees and to do it in their ballpark is obviously big," said Granderson. "It puts us in a position now to win the series but it definitely isnt done yet because we know the Yankees arent going to quit." The Mets have won the past six meetings in this series after having gone 3-9 against the Yankees in 2011-12. Vidal Nuno gave up seven runs -- five earned -- on four hits and four walks in just 3 1/3 innings to suffer the loss. The leftys ERA climbed nearly a full point to 6.43. "He just got some balls in the middle of the plate today," said Yankees manager Joe Girardi. "Hes a guy who has to live on the edges and they made it hurt." Brian McCann hit a two-run homer and Yangervis Solarte added a solo shot for the Yankees, who have lost nine of their past 13 games overall. McCann finished with three hits and three RBI. Thats just fine with Bubba Watson. All he cared about was slipping into that green jacket. Instead of hitting a 40-yard hook out of a forest of Georgia pines — the signature shot in his playoff victory two years ago — the final act Sunday at Augusta National took place on the 18th green. Watson had a three-shot lead and consulted with his caddie on a 15-foot birdie putt. "I went over to him and I said, Im not very good at math, but weve got four putts, right?" Watson said. This was more about great golf than Bubba golf. Watson kept his poise during an early burst of birdies from 20-year-old Jordan Spieth, turned the tournament in his favour with consecutive two-shot swings to close out the front nine, and coasted to a 3-under 69 to win the Masters by three shots over Spieth and Jonas Blixt of Sweden. "Small-town guy named Bubba now has two green jackets," Watson said. "Its pretty wild." Watson made it look routine over the final hour. On a Sunday when Spieth was trying to become the youngest winner in Masters history and 50-year-old Miguel Angel Jimenez had a chance to become the oldest major champion, Watson turned in another masterpiece and joined an elite group as the 17th player to win multiple Masters. Surprisingly for Augusta, the most compelling action was on the front nine. His only nervous moment was a drive so mammoth around the corner on the 13th hole that it clipped a few trees and still went some 360 yards, leaving just a sand wedge into the par 5. That was his lone birdie on the back nine. No one got closer than three shots the rest of the way. "The shot out of the woods made me famous," Watson said. "But this one was a lot better for me and my nerves." This was nothing like the Masters he won two years ago, especially when it was over. His wife and newly adopted son were home in Florida in 2012 when Watson made four straight birdies on the back nine and won on the second playoff hole with his great escape out of the trees. When he tapped in for par on 18, there was 2-year-old Caleb — decked out in a green-and-white striped Masters shirt and green tennis shoes — walking toward him. Watson had tears streaming down his face when he scooped him up, a prize as great as the green jacket. "Seeing him back there ... what an amazing feeling as a parent," he said. "And then throw on the green jacket on top of it just changes everything." After high-fiving the crowd on his way to sign his card, Watson returned to Butler Cabin to take back that green jacket after slipping itt on Adam Scott a year ago. Jack Roslovic Jersey. "After giving it away last year, I wanted it back," Watson said. "I told Adam we could just swap it back and forth every year." Spieth could only watch from the side of the green. He dazzled the massive crowd early by holing out for birdie from the front bunker on No. 4, and making back-to-back birdies to build a two-shot lead through seven holes. Bidding to become the first player in 35 years to win a green jacket in his first try, Spieth looked to be well on his way. But he three-putted for bogey on No. 8 — the first 6 on his card all week — as Watson got up-and-down for birdie to tie for the lead. Spieth then made a rookie mistake, leaving his approach below the flagstick on No. 9 and watching it roll back into the fairway, setting up another bogey and two-shot swing. Whatever prayer he had might have ended at Amen Corner. His tee shot on No. 12 found Raes Creek. He missed a short birdie attempt on the 13th. Watson was too powerful, too experienced, too tough to beat. Spieth closed with six pars for a 72 and tied for second with Blixt, who never went away but never really threatened. Blixt shot a 71. "Obviously, Ive worked my whole life to lead Augusta on Sunday. And although I feel like its very early in my career, and Ill have more chances, its a stinger," Spieth said. Watson finished at 8-under 280 and goes to a career-best No. 4 in the world. Mike Weir of Brights Grove, Ont., shot a final-round 73 and finished 9 over in a tie for 44th. Jimenez, the ageless wonder from Spain, shot 71 and finished alone in fourth. Matt Kuchar lost a share of the lead with a four-putt double bogey on the fourth hole and never challenged again. He closed with a 74 and tied for fifth with Rickie Fowler (73). Nine players were separated by three shots at the start of the final round only for this to turn into a two-man show. For the opening two hours, it was anything but dull. After trading pars on the opening hole, either Watson or Spieth — sometimes both — made birdie or bogey over the next nine holes. Spieth holed out from a bunker for birdie on the tough par-3 fourth. He made back-to-back birdies with a 12-foot putt on the seventh for a two-shot lead. Two holes to close out the back nine changed everything. Amen Corner swung the Masters in Watsons favour for good. Watson won for the second time this year, and his second major puts him at the top of the Ryder Cup standings. He was guided all week by a simple game plan of hitting fairways and greens, and he was calmed by knowing that regardless of how it turned out, he still had a green jacket. Now he has two of them. Amongst companies, Nike stands as one of the most powerful. Ranking 88 on the Fortune 500 list and bringing in over 32 billion dollars a year, there are very few organizations that can compete. Within the footwear empire, one of the Adidas Eqt Support Adv Femmemost successful and well know subdivisions is the Air Max brand. It’s hard to go a day walking down the street without seeing somebody rocking an air bubble underneath their heel.

Since Air Max Day is not too far behind us, now is a great time to reflect on the history of the line and some of the current designs blowing through the sneaker community.

In order to talk about this history, we need to go back to the origins of Nike. Originally founded as Blue Ribbon Sports they quickly cemented themselves as a competitor in the running shoe market. Their first big success was the creation of the Asics Gel Lyte 5 Mujer Waffle Racer: a shoe in which the sole was literally created from a waffle iron. Following this trend of innovative running shoes, in 1977 the engineers working with Nike had the idea to use an air bag as a method of cushioning. Thus the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 33 Mujer Nike Air Tailwind, an early precursor to the Air Max, was born.

After a decade of experimenting with the bubble technology that would appropriately become known as Nike Air, they wanted to find a way to make the tech bigger and more visible. That’Nike Air Max 90 Essential Homme s where Tinker Hatfield came in. In the decades that would follow, Tinker became one of the world’s most prolific sneaker designers. He continued to create many more iconic models including but not limited to numerous Air Jordans and Air Max silhouettes, and even the shoes worn by character Marty McFly in the cult classic Back to the Future 2.

The Air Max today has been the subject of many songs, articles, and movies. There are over 50 unique sneakers belonging to the Air Max line and innumerable collaborations with different brands, artists, and entertainers. Every year, Nike holds a large Adidas Eqt Support Adv Damen global celebration on the anniversary of the release of the original Air Max 1.

This year all the hype has been focused around the release of four distinct models. The Air Max 97, a bullet shaped streamlined shoe popularized in France, the Nike Air Max Classic BW Femme Vapormax, which features a sole made completely o fair bubbles, the Air Max 270 which contains an air bubble measuring almost 3cm tall (the largest ever used in a sneaker), and lastly the Sean Wortherspoon Air Max 1/97 which is a corduroy clad combination of the Air Max 97 and the original Air Max 1.

These four models represent a bold new director for the brand, a passing of the torch to new designers, and giving way to new ideas. The very foundation of Air Max is rooted in the innovation and much like the leaves in the breeze, the future of this collection of sneakers moves unbounded upwards Asics Gel Lyte 3 Mujer and onwards.

The Philadelphia Flyers will try to avoid their first three-game slide in over a month when they visit the last-place Buffalo Sabres for Tuesdays battle at First Niagara Center. Tim Ream Jersey . You can watch the game live on TSN at 7:30pm et/4:30pm pt. The Flyers had won seven of eight before dropping their last two outings on consecutive days over the weekend. Philadelphia was handed a 6-3 loss by the visiting Tampa Bay Lightning on Saturday afternoon before dropping a 4-1 decision to the Rangers the following night in New York City. Philadelphia dug itself an early 2-0 hole against the Rangers, as former Flyer Daniel Carcillo scored just 2:14 into the game and Rick Nash followed suit only 28 seconds later. New York would hold a 3-0 edge at the end of 20 minutes and pushed its lead to 4-0 in the second period. Mark Streits third-period tally was the lone offense for the Flyers, while Ray Emery allowed all four scores on 35 shots in defeat. "We have to be more ready," Philadelphia head coach Craig Berube said. "You have to be as quick as them." The Flyers havent lost three in a row since an 0-2-1 slide from Dec. 7-11. Philadelphia hopes to get back on track tonight in Western New York, where it has lost two straight. The Flyers did host the Sabres on Nov. 21 and recorded a 4-1 win to open the three-game season series. Philly has won two of three and six of the last eight overall meetings in this matchup. The Sabres, who are in the basement of both the Atlantic Division and Eastern Conference standings, are 2-0-1 over their last three games. Buffalo last played on Sunday, when it recorded a shootout win in Washington. Cody Hodgson registered the shootout winner, as Buffalo snuck past the Capitals, 2-1, at Verizon Center. Five previous shooters failed to produce a marker, until Hodgson made several stick fakes and stuck a wrister high and inside the right post to complete the third round and end the contest. Ryan Miller made 28 saves and improved to 6-1-1 in his last eight starts. One of the three goaltenders in the running to start for Team USA in Sochi, Miller has saved all nine Washington shootout chances this season. Tyler Ennis netted a power-play score in regulation for the Sabres, who have showed signs of improvement with a 6-3-2 record over their last 11 games. "We want to play on the right side of the puck, and we want to create ourselves an identity," said Sabres head coach Ted Nolan. "What type of team do we want to be? Not a team that plays one way for 20 minutes and then slips off for five." Buffalo is 9-12-3 on home ice this season and had won five straight as the host before losing a 2-1 shootout decision to Florida on Thursday. Juan Agudelo Jersey . Visentin stopped a penalty shot in the second period, executed a behind-the-back glove save in the third period and made 27 saves in a 4-0 shutout of Finland. questions at the outset of the Seahawks

GREER, S. William Carvalho Jersey .C. -- Matt Davidson shot a 5-under 67 on Saturday for a share of the third-round lead with Blayne Barber and Ryan Blaum in the Web.com Tours BMW Charity Pro-Am. Davidson, a former player at nearby Furman, had seven birdies and two bogeys at The Reserve at Lake Keowee to match Barber and Blaum at 14-under 201. "Its awesome. Its definitely more exciting than if it was a different tournament," Davidson said. "It was fun to play with all those people watching." Barber, the former Auburn player coming off a victory two weeks ago in the South Georgia Classic, had a 68 at The Reserve. "Golf is a funny game in that it doesnt satisfy you," Barber said. "Its just one of those times where I feel like Im playing well and Im thankful to be here." Blaum, who played at Duke, shot a 68 at Thornblade Club -- the site of the final round. "The goal out here is always to win," Blaum said. "I feel Ive been playing well enough to win the last four or five events." Jon Curran and Kyle Reifers were a stroke back. Curran had a 66 at Thornblade Club, and Reifers shot 70 -- also at Thornblade. With timely hitting and good pitching, the Marlins are one win away from sweeping the slumping Houston Astros.NEWARK, N.J. -- Marshawn Lynch was there. He even talked a bit. Then he was gone, cutting short his Super Bowl media day appearance after 6 1-2 minutes. And then he was back, albeit to the side of the "mixed zone" the NFL created for players not on podiums or in microphone-equipped speaking areas at the Prudential Center. But this time he wasnt speaking, except briefly to Deion Sanders for NFL Network, to the Seahawks website, and to Armed Forces Network. Seattles star running back, wearing a cap, hood and dark sunglasses, even acknowledged he was trying to avoid being fined by the league for not meeting his media requirements Tuesday. Thats why he returned to the floor of the arena rather than disappear completely after he cut short his Q and A with perhaps 100 media members packed together trying to hear his pearls of wisdom. When he came back, one reporter asked Lynch, "Are you trying to avoid being fined by standing here?" Lynch twice nodded his head yes. Earlier this month, Lynch was fined $50,000 for not co-operating with the Seattle media. The NFL put the fine on hold, saying it would be rescinded if he complied with media obligations. "Players are required to participate and he participated. We will continue to monitor the situation," NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said Tuesday. Lynch has required media sessions Wednesday and Thursday. The Seahawks play the Denver Broncos on Sunday. Along with letting slip a profanity to Sanders, he three times described himself as "smooth" to the Hall of Fame cornerback, adding: "I aint never seen no talk that won me nothing." Earlier, Lynch answered 16 questions at the outset of the Seahawks one-hour availability, with topics ranging from the Denver defence to teammate Michael Robinson to, well, why he avoids interviews. "I like to keep it low key," said Lynch, who the Seahawks opted to nott place in one of the 17 areas with microphones and name plates identifying the players. Cedric Jersey. "Im just about action. You say hut and theres action. All the unnecessary talk, it dont do nothing for me. I appreciate that people want to hear from me, but I just go to work and do my thing. You feel me?" Whether Lynch will feel like showing up the next two days, when the Seahawks will be available in a hotel ballroom -- no barriers between them and the media -- is uncertain. Lynch also talked to teammates while standing around. Several youngsters in the stands above him asked to have footballs signed and he obliged once they tossed him the souvenirs. He also signed a Seahawks helmet, but he didnt converse with the fans. While he did that, about five dozen media members stood in front of Lynch and shouted out a few questions. He ignored almost all of them as time ran out in Seattles availability. Lynch watched as the scoreboard clock counted down to zero and, when it was announced the Seattle portion of media availability was over, he left for good. "Hes such a major factor on our football team," coach Pete Carroll said, "but in this setting he becomes somewhat of a recluse and doesnt want to be a part of it. We try and respect that as much as we can." Robinson was asked if he advised his backfield mate on how to handle media day. "Hes a grown man," Robinson said. "I dont tell him much. I think he knows what hes doing. Hes got a good plan in place, and as long as he runs inside-outside zone on Sunday, Im happy with that." Lynch never has explained his beef with the media. He regularly spoke to reporters until late in the 2012 season. In March of that year, he signed a four-year contract worth $31 million, including a guaranteed $18 million. In July 2012, he was arrested for driving under the influence near his hometown of Oakland, Calif. forward has missed 12 games this season

Created Tue May 22, 2018 3:54 am by hfy962464 Tue May 22, 2018 3:54 am in category Allgemein.

Daytona Beach, FL (SportsNetwork. Thon Maker Jersey .com) - Casey Grice fired a first-round, 6- under 66 on Wednesday and she holds an early 1-shot lead in the final stage of the LPGA Tour Qualifying School. Grice has played in just one LPGA Tournament in her career and that was at the 2013 North Texas LPGA Shootout, where she missed the cut. Grice spent last season on the Symetra Tour and recorded three top-10 finishes without a win. The field was split between two courses at LPGA International. Half of the field played on the Arthur Hills Course, while the other half was on the Rees Jones Course. Ryann OToole, Ju Young Park and Maria Hernandez are all right behind Grice following matching 5-under 67s. OToole was on the Rees Jones Course on Wednesday, while Park and Hernandez played the Arthur Hills Course. Cheyenne Woods, the niece of Tiger Woods, is tied for fifth at 4-under 68 along with Elizabeth Nagel. Both Woods and Nagel played on the Rees Jones Course. Grice, starting on the front nine on the Rees Jones Course, kicked off her first round with a birdie at the first, quickly getting her into red numbers. Grice coasted through the next seven holes with seven straight pars before finishing the front nine the same way she started it, with a birdie on nine. Making the turn at minus-2, Grice continued to play well on the back nine. Following a par on 10, Grice drained back-to-back gains on 11 and 12. After a trio of pars from 13, Grice did it again with another pair of birdies on 16 and 17, getting her to 6-under. Grice finished off her bogey-free round with a par at the last to conclude a strong first day. I just hit the ball really well today, Grice said. I tried to pick my targets on each hole and just stay patient, just take each shot as it came and then I made some putts. First probably bogey-free round in competition for sure. OToole started on the back nine in round one and was quickly under par with a birdie on 10. She rattled off five straight pars before pouring in her second gain on 16. OToole made the turn with six straight pars from 17. She finished up strong and vaulted herself up the leaderboard. OToole made three birdies on the final five holes at five, eight and nine to get within one of the leader Grice. Park also began with a birdie at the first and later added another one at the fifth. Park dropped her first shot with a bogey on No. 6, but she responded two holes later with her third gain of the day on eight. Following a trio of pars from nine, Park made back-to-back birdies on 12 and 13 before exchanging a bogey on the 15th with a gain on the 16th. Park finished up her round with her seventh birdie on 18 to grab a share of second place. Hernandez got started with a birdie on the first, but she later gave that shot back with a bogey on seven. She then ripped off three straight birdies from eight to get to minus-3. After five straight pars from 11, Hernandez made another pair of birdies on 16 and 17, putting her at 5-under. Hernandez closed things out with a par at the last to end there. Woods made five birdies in her round on five, seven, 12, 13 and 18 to go along with a bogey at the first. Nagel had four birdies in a five-hole stretch from eight and she added another gain on 18. She also made one bogey on 14. NOTES: The top-20 finishers this week will earn category 12 status on the LPGA Tour priority list, while those finishing between 21 and 45 get category 17 status ... Those who do not earn category 12 or 17 status will still be eligible to compete for a spot on the Symetra Tour priority list. Watch the game live on TSN Canadiens and listen on TSN Radio 690 starting at 7:30pm et.TORONTO - Jermain Defoe is back in Toronto, but the question remains for how long. Is he here for the duration of his lucrative MLS contract with Toronto FC or is this just a stopover until the international transfer window reopens in January? The star striker flew in Monday after nursing a groin injury back home in England. He was met by club officials and will likely have a soft re-entry into club ranks with the team having a scheduled off day Tuesday. The 31-year-old England forward has missed 12 games this season through injury or suspension but still leads the team in scoring with 11 goals in 16 MLS contests. He has played 150 minutes with appearances in two of TFCs 11 league games since July 19. Toronto (10-11-7) hosts the Portland Timbers on Saturday but Defoe may be held back until the following weekend for an Oct. 4 game against the Galaxy in Los Angeles. Manager Greg Vanney has said he wont know how fit Defoe is until he sees him on the training pitch. Vanney has said Defoe is anxious to be back but the long-term forecast remains cloudy. Stories have swirled about Defoes future since manager Ryan Nelsen was fired Aug 31 and news that the club had turned down a franchise-record transfer fee for Defoe at the closing of the summer transfer window. Tim Leiweke, the outgoing CEOO of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment who brought Defoe to Toronto, told a group of Ryerson MBA students recently that he does not expect Defoe to be back next season. Oscar Robertson Jersey. But no one has said anything concrete on the record. Back in England, the Daily Mirror reported on the weekend that West Ham and Queens Park Rangers both plan to go after Defoe when the transfer window reopens in January. A public poll on the English tabloids website had 85 per cent of respondents, as of late Monday afternoon, expecting Defoe to be back in January in the Premier League. Defoe is expected to talk publicly Wednesday for the first time since disappearing into an injury black hole. He has limited himself to two tweets in the interim, wishing his teammates good luck and saying he cant wait to get back to scoring goals. Defoe has missed the last five games since coming off in the 77rd minute of a 2-2 tie with the Chicago Fire on Aug 23. He was out the three games before the Chicago contest. Team officials said the injury problems were all related to the groin area, pointing to Defoes back-to back English and MLS campaigns. Should Defoe make his return in Los Angeles, he would have five regular-season games left to help Torontos playoff push. Within the footwear Nike Air Max Classic BW Damen empire, one of the most successful and well know subdivisions is the Air Max brand.

Their first big Adidas NMD Mujer success was the creation of the Waffle Racer: a shoe in which the sole was literally created from a waffle iron. Following this trend of innovative running shoes, in 1977 the engineers working with Nike had the idea to use an air bag as a method of Adidas Adilette Slides Femme cushioning. Thus the Nike Air Tailwind, an early precursor to the Air Max, was born.

After a decade of experimenting with the bubble technology that would appropriately become known as Nike Air, they wanted to find a way to make the tech bigger and more visible. Nike Air Max Thea Femme That’s where Tinker Hatfield came in.

Every Nike Air Max 2017 Femme year, Nike holds a large global celebration on the anniversary of the release of the original Air Max 1.

This year all the hype has been focused around the release of four distinct models. My future is the FA Cup final

Created Tue May 22, 2018 3:44 am by xiaolan Tue May 22, 2018 3:44 am in category Allgemein.

Ander Herrera has a self-possession that allows rare honesty when he is asked how Manchester City’s runaway title win and Liverpool potentially being European champions heightens Manchester United’s need to win the FA Cup final against Chelsea.

Sitting upstairs in the academy building at the club’s Carrington base, the midfielder is an articulate Mike Piazza Youth jersey speaker on a range of subjects. United finished second to City but, unless Chelsea are defeated at Wembley on Saturday, José Mourinho’s side will end the season without a trophy. The nightmare scenario is City’s 19-point Premier League success being followed by Liverpool claiming a sixth European Cup next Saturday by defeating Real Madrid.
“If any player in the world tells you he doesn’t care about what the opponents do, he is lying,” Herrera says. “But I don’t go crazy with that. Last season we won three trophies [counting the Community Shield], this season we can still win one – it’s a 50-50 possibility. But I cannot lie to you. If I can choose at the beginning of the season who wins the Premier League and who wins the Champions League – if we couldn’t be champions – I wouldn’t tell you Manchester City and Liverpool.”
Two years ago United won a 12th FA Cup and first since 2004 with a 2-1 win over Crystal Palace. Herrera was an unused substitute for Louis van Gaal that day. “Of course when you play you feel more happy but I was still very happy for the team,” the Spaniard says. “It was my Trey Burke Youth jersey first title in England and I knew we were building something good – I said that after the game. And I was right because the next season we won three trophies and this season we are fighting for another.”
Herrera’s spell at United has featured an almost constant fight for a starting place. When named by Mourinho in the XI for the 3-2 derby win at the Etihad in April that was his first league start for four months, though he was injured for some of the period. After a fine display Herrera has started seven of their last eight matches, including the semi-final against Tottenham, in which he scored the winner.
“When I http://www.vancouvercanucksofficialonline.com/Adidas-Alexander-Edler-Jersey don’t play, of course I am not happy, but I am also very happy with myself because I give everything, every day, every minute, to be on the pitch,” he says. “If I am on the pitch I’m very calm because I know I’ve done everything to be there. That’s the way to be and the way I’ll feel until http://www.officialvikingsjerseysstore.com/Cris_Carter_Jersey_Cheap the last day of my career.”
Herrera, 28, is calm when assessing Mourinho’s management style. “I don’t think if you don’t take your chance it’s the last chance you have in the season,” says the Spaniard, who has made 38 appearances this term and scored twice. “I don’t go crazy when I don’t have my best game and say: ‘Oof, I’ve lost my chance, I’m not going to play again.’
“I know some of my team-mates, and some footballers, are up and down. If I play well I’m not very happy and if I play badly I’m not very sad. My age and experience has helped me keep that balance. If you work hard and respect http://www.officialpacersonlineshop.com/Authentic-Thaddeus-Young-Jersey the ones who are playing at that moment but try to give everything you have, whether that’s five minutes or 30 minutes, sooner or later football is fair. I really believe that.”
Herrera also offers advice to Marcus Rashford Thurman Thomas Youth jersey and Anthony Martial, who were criticised and dropped by Mourinho following the loss at Brighton two weeks ago. “I don’t like to talk about what other players think because, as we say in Spanish, every person is a world, their own world.
“What I can say about them is that they are maybe two of the 20 most talented players in the world. If I could give them advice it’s if you work, then sooner or later football gives back what you have given.”
In an FA Cup tie against Chelsea in March last year Herrera impressed when man‑marking Eden Hazard before being sent off after 35 minutes for a second yellow card. He did that job again in the league fixture a month later and was again effective against Chelsea’s best player as United won 2-0 and he scored the second. When discussing how he took the initiative that day, Herrera illustrates why he was talked of as a potential successor to Wayne Rooney as captain. cheap nfl jerseys cheap jerseys wholesale jerseys cheap nfl jerseys cheap jerseys wholesale jerseys

Dwight King and Anze Kopitar scored third-period goals and Ben Scrivens made 26 saves to lift the Kings to a 2-0 win over the New Jersey Devils on Friday night. Scrivens, playing for the injured Jonathan Quick, got a 3-2 win on Thursday over the Islanders when the Kings scored three times in the third period. The Kings finish their New York City metropolitan area trip with a game at Madison Square Garden on Sunday against the Rangers. "The confidence was there after winning on the island," Scrivens said. "Its obviously important to stop every shot." Scrivens came up with 12 saves in the first period when he was tested by the Devils. "We probably deserved to have one or two in the first period," Devils coach Pete DeBoer said. "We just didnt take advantage in the first. Were not a pretty group offensively. We have to score some ugly goals. We all feel for (Schneider) He cant do more than what hes doing. Its frustrating for all of us." Kings sixth goal of the season came at 13:08. Defenceman Jake Muzzins drive from the left point was redirected by King, standing in front of goalie Cory Schneider. "It came off a line change," King said. "They were battling on the wall and it got to the point, I was wide open at the net and he slid one on the ice and I got a stick on it. We came back last night and tonight. We had to find a way to win and thats what good teams do." Kopitar scored an empty-net goal with 2.9 seconds left. Schneider made 19 saves. "Hes a solid goaltender," Kopitar said of Scrivens. "We got off to a little bit of a slow starrt and we kept building up our game, making plays. Joe Montana Jersey. Eventually in the third, we got one." In the second period, defenceman Peter Harrold was whistled for a four-minute penalty when he was called for high sticking Tyler Toffoli of the Kings. But King was penalized for hooking 50 seconds into the power play and sat for two minutes. Harrold was the recipient of a hit to the head by Jordan Nolan with 1:31 left in the second. The centre put his shoulder down and levelled Harrold with a shot to the side of his head. Harrold was face-down on the ice, but, after play was stopped, he managed to skate off on his own. Harrold returned to regular shifts in the third period. The Devils were the aggressors in the scoreless first period, but couldnt solve Scrivens. "(Schneider) has played unbelievable for us so far this year and we havent given him the goal support," Devils winger Stephen Gionta said. "I thought we played a pretty good controlled game in their end, but we could have gotten to the net a little more." NOTES: The power-play goal by Kopitar in the closing seconds broke a string of 12 straight kills over three games by the Devils. ... VANCOUVER -- Make it 411 minutes and counting for the Vancouver Whitecaps. Eddie Lack Jersey . Darren Mattocks had two great chances in the first half Saturday, but again failed to connect along with the rest of his teammates as the Whitecaps were shut out for a fourth straight game in a 0-0 draw with D.C. United. The Whitecaps have not scored since Mattocks effort in the 39th minute of a 2-0 victory over Sporting Kansas City on Aug. 10. Thats more than nine halves of soccer, or nearly seven hours of play. "I wouldnt say its frustrating. We created some very good chances. Unfortunately we didnt put one away. Thats the game sometimes," said Mattocks. "Sometimes it goes in, sometimes it doesnt. Weve just got to keep doing what were doing and its going to go in eventually." But it hasnt in almost a month for a Whitecaps side that earned a point against the best team in Major League Soccers Eastern Conference, but dropped to 1-3-6 in its last ten. The lack of finish has been to blame most nights during that stretch for Vancouver (7-6-13), and this one was no different. "Its tough," said Whitecaps head coach Carl Robinson. "But its tough for them as well because we put in a good 90-plus minutes -- a hard-working performance. Im proud of them tonight, because they gave me everything but we didnt come out with the result. Weve just got to keep going. "You do go through periods. You go through winning streaks and losing streaks and tough streaks." Saturday was the fifth 0-0 draw of the season for Vancouver, which has been shut out in five of its last six while tumbling down the Western Conference standings after a bright start to the season. The scoreless tie does temporarily move the Whitecaps level on points with Portland for the fifth and final playoff spot in the West, but the Timbers host the San Jose Earthquakes on Sunday. Meanwhile, United (14-8-5) padded its lead atop the East and improved to 3-1-1 over its last five. Following a spirited first half where both teams had chances, Vancouver midfielder Pedro Morales fired a shot from outside the penalty area moments after the break that D.C. goalkeeper Bill Hamid handled. Whitecaps defender Jordan Harvey then sent a diving header just wide in the 50th minute from in close that almost brought the crowd of 18,116 at B.C. Place Stadium to its feet. The game lost much of its energy from there, with both sides running out of ideas, although Vancouver did show a bit more initiative moving forward. "I thought we played well. I thought we were the only team that was going to win tonight," said Harvey. "Other than in front of the (D.C.) net, I thought it was a solid performance, just couldnt put it in." Whitecaps goalkeeper David Ousted said the scoring drought is a topic of conversation in the locker-room, but one the entire team has to battle through. "Disappointed. I think we did well. I cant fault the guys out there for the effort," said Ousted, who picked up his eighth clean sheet. "They put in a lot of hard work and I thought we were almost there, but almost doesnt get the biscuit." Looking for an answer to his teams scoring woes, Robinson elected to go with Mattocks and Sebastian Fernandez up front to start the game, and a four-man diamond midfield featuring Morales at the top. That left strikers Erik Hurtado and Kekuta Manneh -- who both started in last weekends 3-0 home loss to Portland but are mired in long scoring slumps -- on the bench. Manneh was subbed on for Fernandez in the second half but failed to make an impact. "Hopefully well get a break or well take one of the number of chances we missed tonight," said Robinson. "I thought we played very well. I think at times we played some very good stuff, at times we looked a little bit open but thats going to happen with the shape we played." After a timid opening, Vancouver started to create chances off the break and had the games first opportunity in the 12th minute when Mattocks skied a shot over Hamids goal from in close after some good build up from Morales and Fernandez. Vancouver defender Kendall Waston, making just his second start since being acquired last month, then completely missed a free header in front of the United goal in the 31st off Morales free kick. D.C. striker Fabian Espindola fired a shot from outside the penalty area that Ousted pushed over the bar with his finger tips in the 37th minute, and Espindola was at it again moments later, but his chip went over the Vancouver goal after Ousted came out to challenge the unmarked United man. Mattocks headed another effort at Hamid in the 42nd, before breaking in down the right in added time and ripping a shot that Hamid did well to keep out. Vancouver doesnt have long to dwell on the result or its continued lack of finish with San Jose coming to town on Wednesday night for another key game. "Its just going to be a battle down the stretch," said Harvey. "Weve got to win more than we lose and get some points. Were playing well, we just need to be a little bit more clinical in front of the net -- and that includes everybody. Everybody on the field I feel like had a chance tonight." Notes: Hamid also picked up his eighth shutout of the season. ... Whitecaps defender Ethen Sampson, 20, made his first appearance for the club, starting at right back in place of Steven Beitashour (hip). Sampson was subbed out in the 54th minute for Sam Adekugbe after suffering cramps. ... Vancouver midfielder Gershon Koffie (foot) missed his fourth straight game. ...
