Predominantly Inattentive ADHD and Normally Active

etc, like our mothers and grandmothers of old used Memory Hack Review to do. Why do we have to have foods that last indefinitely? What is it about our society today that demands that the food that we buy today will still be available in the fridge next week? In fact, if you do research into the home fridges you will find that we still throw our food out after three days. So, of course the preservatives are designed not for that convenience but more so for the storehouses that keep them on the shelf for an unknown time factor (months??)before you come along to buy it!

I was astounded to find that Europe had already banned 90% of the food additives and preservatives whilst Australia and the US markets continued and still continue to allow such additives and preservatives that are clearly linked with social and behavioural disorders! We in Australia and the US still have a ratio of 4:1 ADHD sufferers in the population whilst Europe has a marked decrease of 1:1000.

If Europe has linked behavioural problems with these additives and preservatives (all chemicals I might add) then why are we in Australia and the United States stupid enough to allow such poisons into our foods and then choose to consume them? I have come to the conclusion that as a society of democratic voters that we stupidly TRUST the people in our leadership roles to actually take an interest in our health! When I looked at it from this perspective, I realised what an oxymoron that is!

In my own research and personal intervention with children, I found that by removing such irritants from the diet, I noticed a 50% change and decrease in hyperactive behaviour in children and more interestingly in my clients.
